If u r looking for budget hotel...this one is nice ...whole main mkt.. veg. Hotels near by...big big room...staff and manager r polite and nice. . From here the famous place rajaseat is only 10 min by car

Stayed there for two days, paid for AC rooms but for both days AC was not working. Their customer care people don't care. Food and room service is worse. Rooms conditions are pathetic, full of sealen and smell.

Worst hotel .don't book classic rooms .it is old styled hotel .no safety. Property owner and hotel managers are useless.they are just bogus. Don't go to this hotel. Unclean and dangerous hotel. No safety for kids and women.

If you want budget hotel in Madikeri then you can stay at this hotel. Basic needs were available.The hotel doesn't have an elevator.The room was not much spacious but ok if you are not staying in the room much more and spending more time in sight seeing. The staff was courteous.The travel desk manager Mr. Navneen was very courteous and had arranged sight seeing for us.He had also arranged transporation for us as per our needs.Overall good experience.

we had visited madikeri for a visit during floods, initially we had booked 2 double bedrooms, but we used only 1 and we had checked out a day before. the management threatened us that they will not refund the money and no bill receipt was given. the manager was very bad in treating our female colleagues also. in the midnight we had to take help from police. but no refund was given extra amount was charged. no wifi, no hotwater, dirty blankets was provided, no soaps was also given. I recommend not to book this hotel. but for 2000 bill they charged us 3900. out of 10 rating, I will rate -5
